INFINI Stratégies ("INFINI", "we") takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you.
This page is an English translation provided for convenience. The French version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Person in charge of personal information protection
In accordance with Québec's Law 25, INFINI has designated a person responsible for the protection of personal information. You may contact them with any question about this policy or about exercising your rights:
- Responsible: Francis Mathieu
- Email: info@infinistrategies.com
- Address: Québec, Canada
Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to our activities, namely:
- the information you send us through our contact form (name, email address, phone number, company name, subject and content of your message);
- technical information related to your browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited), collected through cookies, where you have consented.
Purposes of collection
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- responding to your requests and following up on our exchanges;
- providing our services and improving their quality;
- measuring traffic on our site and improving its content;
- meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
Consent
By sending us your information, you consent to its use for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations, by contacting the person responsible for the protection of personal information.
Use of cookies
Our site uses cookies to function properly and to measure its audience. Audience measurement cookies are activated only after your consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preferences at any time from that banner.
We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, in consent mode (Consent Mode v2). No measurement or advertising cookie is placed until you have consented.
We also use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok. These pixels measure how our campaigns perform and let us show you relevant advertising on those platforms. They are fired by Google Tag Manager and are placed only after you consent to advertising cookies; you can withdraw that consent at any time from the banner.
Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We rely on the following providers, which act on our behalf and only to the extent necessary:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting and delivery of emails sent from the contact form. This processing takes place in AWS's Canadian region (Montréal).
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — customer relationship management tool. The information you submit through the form is recorded there so we can follow up on your request. This provider is established in the United States and processes the information there.
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) — audience measurement, activated only after your consent.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising pixel used to measure how our campaigns perform and to show you relevant advertising. Activated only after your consent. This provider is established in the United States.
- LinkedIn (Microsoft) — advertising pixel, for the same purposes and under the same conditions.
- TikTok — advertising pixel, for the same purposes and under the same conditions.
Some of these providers therefore process information outside Québec. We have assessed these disclosures and taken reasonable steps to ensure equivalent protection, in particular through these providers' contractual commitments. You may write to us for more details about these assessments.
Retention of information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
Security
We put in place reasonable physical, administrative and technological security measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and any unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Your rights of access and correction
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous, and to withdraw your consent to its use. To exercise these rights, contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information at the details above. We will respond within the timelines set out by law.
If you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in regulations. The current version is always published on this page, along with its last updated date.
